The 2015 playing of the International Junior Masters at East Aurora country club begins on Monday, June 22nd. Applications for entry, either by invitation or on-site qualifying, close May 1st. All application is made online via the tournament site. The tournament recently announced that the 2015 championship flight winner and runner-up will be invited to play in the Canadian Junior Golf Association’s World Junior Golf Championship, to be held at Innisbrook Resort (Florida) in December of this year. In 2014, Will Thomson survived a 19-hole semifinal match with Nolan Ditcher to advance to the finals, where the then-14 year old Rochester lad dispatched Blake Gerber to win the championship.
