The awards, based on KemperSports’ proprietary TrueReview surveys, were presented to Seneca Hickory Stick for their ongoing commitment to creating a positive experience for their guests. The Excellence Award was presented to Seneca Hickory Stick for a Net Promoter Score of 85.7 percent and the Service Award was presented for a Customer Service score of 9.2/10. The TrueReview survey scores are derived from reviews given by golfers following each round they play the course.
