“Air Canada From Toronto to Atlantic City”<\/p>\n

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (March 2015) \u2014<\/strong> Air Canada announced this month the launch of non-stop service between its Toronto Pearson hub and Atlantic City, N.J. Flown by Air Canada Express, the seasonal service offers four roundtrips a week (Monday<\/span>, Friday<\/span>, Saturday<\/span>, Sunday<\/span>) from May 22 to September 7, 2015<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Though Toronto is already a closer drive to Atlantic City than most of the other East Coast golf destinations, the new direct flights allow golfers be on the golf course early afternoon upon arrival and also play a quick morning round prior to their departures.<\/p>\n

\"Atlantic<\/p>\n

Many of Atlantic City\u2019s 17 courses are a short drive from the airport. AC7918 will depart Toronto at 10:05 am<\/span> and arrive in Atlantic City at 11:35 am<\/span>, while AC7919 will leave Atlantic City at 12:05 pm<\/span> and arrive in Toronto at 1:44 pm<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\u201cCanada is very much an emerging golf market for Atlantic City and the direct flights will provide more convenience to enjoy our many award-winning courses,\u201d said Harry Bittner, President of the Greater Atlantic City Golf Association. \u201cAtlantic City tends to dominate the rankings of New Jersey\u2019s best golf courses. Of course, while they enjoy the Boardwalk and our casinos, avid golfers want to play the best courses, as well.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAir Canada is pleased to be adding Atlantic City to its already extensive U.S. network,\u201d said Benjamin Smith, Air Canada\u2019s President of Passenger Airlines. \u201cThis new route will enable our customers to conveniently travel non-stop to Atlantic City where they can enjoy its famed Boardwalk, beaches and casinos.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Casino Reinvestment Development Authority welcomes Air Canada and looks forward to a strong and lasting relationship,\u201d said John Palmieri, Executive Director of the CRDA. \u201cOur organization understands the importance of increased air travel to create positive impact in the region. The CRDA Board is fully on board with making strategic investments to expand service at the Atlantic City Airport. We are optimistic about the opportunity this provides.\u201d<\/p>\n
