First Great Golf Movie In Years to be Released This Spring<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

LOS ANGELES (February 10, 2015)<\/strong> – ARC Entertainment has acquired all North\u00a0American rights to the thriller film, THE SQUEEZE. Directed and written by Terry Jastrow,\u00a0the film stars Jeremy Sumpter (“Friday Night Lights”, Peter Pan), Christopher McDonald
\n(“Shooter McGavin” in Happy Gilmore), Katherine LaNasa (The Campaign), Jillian Murray\u00a0(Bad Ass), Michael Nouri (Flashdance), and Jason Dohring (Veronica Mars). ARC\u00a0Entertainment will be releasing THE SQUEEZE on\u00a0premium VOD and in select markets in 12 top
\nmarkets in the U.S. on April 17 (Friday after The\u00a0Masters).<\/p>\n

The Squeeze\u00a0is a caper about a notorious\u00a0gambler who discovers a modest young man in a\u00a0small rural town with uncommon golf skills. Seeing\u00a0his potential, the gambler convinces him to abandon\u00a0his dreams of winning the US Open and start\u00a0playing in high-stakes matches. They don’t lose.\u00a0The stakes grow higher and higher until the game\u00a0becomes “life or death.”\u00a0“I watched THE SQUEEZE and really enjoyed it,” said Jack Nicklaus, Winner of 18 Major\u00a0Golf Championships. “It’s a fun movie that tells an interesting story, and the golf elements\u00a0are so real you actually believe it could happen.”<\/p>\n
