Just a few notes from the WGC at Doral:<\/p>\n

1) Wonder if Tiger quits if he’s leading by two…<\/p>\n

2) While I usually root for Yanks, it’s hard to root against Justin Rose who seems like a really nice guy.<\/p>\n

3) The Doral course finally showed its teeth on Sunday or did we actually witness a case of Sunday nerves?<\/p>\n

4) Doral was named after owners Doris and Al Kaskel; now that The Donald has purchased the resort, will he change the name to ‘D’rump’ or ‘Dump’.<\/p>\n

5) If anyone deserves a reality TV show, it has to be Bubba Watson.\u00a0 I would watch that.<\/p>\n

6) I thought the blimp was going to follow Tiger’s SUV all the way home ala OJ and Al Cowlings.<\/p>\n

7)\u00a0 You had to love Paul Casey’s caddie’s reaction after he thought Paul’s hole-in-one was worth a new Cadillac and after he found out it was the wrong hole.<\/p>\n

8) Keegan Bradley just made me re-think that whole belly putter thing.<\/p>\n

9) Rory McIlroy looked like he was stuck in first gear at the start of the tournament, red-lined it through the second, third and half of the fourth round then hit the wall on the back nine on Sunday. If anyone looks like he desperately needs some R&R (perhaps on a beach with tennis-star gf) it’s Rory.<\/p>\n
