About the Course

A few holes at Chestnut Hill meander along the ridge where the clubhouse sits. On each nine, the course drops off the edge, where the majority of holes await. Holes move left and right, ending in challenging and memorable putting surfaces.

From the Chestnut Hill website:

Located just 20 minutes east of Buffalo, Chestnut Hill is a family owned and operated golf course that is open to the public. At Chestnut Hill , you’ll find a meticulously kept course situated among the rolling hills of Darien Center, New York. The course is enjoyable for golfers at every skill level and we offer a full menu in our clubhouse, along with a pro-shop for guests to enjoy.

For over 30 years, our family has invited WNYers to be part of the Chestnut Hill family. So, whether you are participating in a tournament, looking to be part of a league or just want to golf for the day, choose Chestnut Hill Golf Course. When you do, you’ll enjoy a level of customer service you can only receive from a family owned and operated golf course.

Course Layout

The 1st, 9th, and 18th holes at Chestnut Hill play completely above the ridge line. Below the drop, a different world awaits. The intersection of fairways, water, greens and sand takes the golfer away from the daily world. Greens like #13 bench into a hill, adjacent to the railroad tracks. #10 drops over 50 feet as it traces the route of a par five, while #17 reverses the course, as a much-shorter, par three hole. Nothing is ordinary, nor forgettable, at Chestnut Hill.
