The first trip of the 2015 golf season takes place (fingers crossed) in two weeks. The A/C Circuit will bring BuffaloGolfer to eight courses along the New Jersey ocean coast. Three thirty-six hole days will be framed by two single-round ones. In the past, we’ve visited northern Michigan, Cape Cod, the sand hills of North Carolina and the Williamsburg region. A-City wasn’t on the radar until a few years back, when we took notice of many of the ranking lists for the state’s public courses.
While Pine Valley may be the best-known, Garden state golf course, last time we checked, it was uber-private. Since we have a better chance of getting into the nearby amusement park than George Crump’s opus maximus, we’ll take our chances along the Garden Strand. The variety of layouts in the region begs a connoisseur of courses to make a prompt reservation. Over the course of two weeks in April, we’ll do our best to paint a proper picture of the eight tracks we’ll play. If you can’t wait until then, click the images below to learn about each of the courses.
