UPDATE: And we have a winner. Kudos to J-Rose for not giving up after losing 4 consecutive holes. Final tally for round one? A shade over .500 at 17-15.
UPDATE: 16-15 with the Rose-Johnson match hanging in the balance. Of the first 15 holes in that match, only four were halved…oh, to be a gambler wagering on every hole in that match! I’d be in the E.R. by now.
UPDATE: Marathon match ended in my favor…thanks, Kuchar. to 14-11…storm clouds on horizon, however.
UPDATE: Just bounced back with three consecutive wins, courtesy of Choi, Moore and Wilson, to 13-11.
UPDATE: After starting the day 10-6, I have now lost 5 consecutive matches…uggh.
