Release: Holiday Valley’s Kyle Benish Wins Elkdale ProAm

(May 21, 2015, Ellicottville, NY…) Holiday Valley’s Assistant Professional, Kyle Benish, won the WNY PGA Pro Am Golf Tournament held at Elkdale Country Club on Monday, May 18. Playing against a field of 80 Professionals and Amateurs, Kyle’s scored 67, an impressive 3 under par at this challenging course in Salamanca, NY.

Kyle attained his PGA Professional status in 2010 while working at the Double Black Diamond Course at Holiday Valley. He has worked at Holiday Valley for 12 years, and each winter spends his time as an Assistant Professional at Worthington Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Steve Carney, Holiday Valley’s Director of Golf, won the Senior Division at the Elkdale tournament with a 73. Both Kyle and Steve are available for lessons at Holiday Valley’s practice facility.
