I think the Simplicity of the overall hole yet the complexity of the green at the 17th at Grover warrant addition to this list. That green begs for a 3 putt and the prevailing wind on that hole can really require a precise shot to whatever 1/3 of the green the flag happens to sit on. Oh, and make sure you are below the hole.
