If you’ve had the opportunity to play one of the three Olmsted Parks courses in Delaware, Cazenovia and South parks, you know how improved the conditioning is. Since the Olmsted Parks organization is not a government entity, it relies a great deal on fundraising and donations. This summer, the commission will hold a Pro-Am event with a twist: area PGA professionals will join each foursome to raise money for the parks, The First Tee and the Buffalo Inner City Youth Fan Club for Golf.

The $100 per-person entry fee gets golf and cart, lunch and dinner, tickets for raffles and entry into long drive, closest to pin and putting competitions. Click Here for a PDF document flyer and entry blank for the 2011 Olmsted Open Pro-Am.
