ReView: Scott Witter On His Design, Ironwood Golf Course
BuffaloGolfer.Com was fortunate to gain access to Scott Witter, golf course and landscape architect, for a sit-down email interview a few off-seasons ago. What is written below refers to Mr. Witter's first complete 18-hole design, Ironwood Golf Club. Ironwood Golf...
ReView: Defining The Scramble~Bunker Guru Jeff Bradley
The Scrambler, Kevin Lynch, makes his daily bread getting up and down out of abandoned grain mills, wagon ruts and lunar craters. For fun, we asked him to interview one of the guys who makes him face these hazards. Kevin chose Jeff Bradley, the self-christened...
ReView: A Quick Nine With Ian Andrew, Golf Course Architect

Enough from this Amateur – Thoughts from the Architectural Pros

Now that spring is officially upon us, I'd like to take a moment to reflect on (unquestionably) the best winter of golf ever in WNY: Except for the few folks who head south for the winter, most golfers always complain about 'knocking' the rust off when the typical WNY...
Our Best Is Among The Best
There's been a column in my head for the past few weeks that I've been trying to write to complement our series of, "The Best Holes In WNY." Essentially, I've been kicking around ideas on how to express the thought that we're not just identifying great holes in...
